Male Pan Feeder - It is a fully suspended
pan feeding system. Due to feed rationing
the cockerels, extremelly active and aggresive
birds, tend to eat very quickly as soon as
the feed appears. |
| The
ideal feed pan has to be very strong and very
stable, with minimal restriction to access.
SKA with its expertise has
been able to meet these critiria. The pan
is firmly attached to the auger pipe, assuring
at the same time allowing a uniform distribution
and feed level. |
| The
upper part of feeder is made from high quality
gavanised steel with a new clamping arrangement
that helps achieving the necessary stability.
Four strong steel arms support the pan, allowing
at the same time maximum access to the feed.

auger conveyor has also been carefully designed
to simultaneously deliver an equal quantity
of fresh into all the pans along the line. |
